Services Concierge service

Our concierge service Le Trousseau Provençal is entirely at your service, our mission will be to ensure the connection between you, the owners, and the holidaymakers staying at your property.

We ensure the smooth running of stays by facilitating the installation in and departure of tenants from their accommodation, we will also be there for them throughout their stay if any problems arise.

Arrival - Departure

We manage the keys to your property as well as the check-in and check-out procedures for your rentals every day of the week from 9am to 6pm.

Welcome the travellers consists of handing them the keys to the accommodation over, while introducing them to the functioning of the accommodation and the activities to be done during their stay. We carry out a quick but formal inventory of fixtures with the tenants and ask for a deposit cheque.

A professionally managed handover of keys and inventory of fixtures.

Upon departure we collect the keys, check that the state of the accommodation matches with the inventory of fixtures carried out upon arrival and return the deposit cheque if that is the case.

Our concierge service will assist you with these repetitive procedures.

Arrival service

Our concierge service Le Trousseau Provençaloffers additional arrival services that can be used to meet the needs of tenants during their stay.

We provide a welcome basket with local products, a hygiene kit with toothbrushes, cotton wool and shower gel, and baby furniture.

We also offer to provide your travellers with a grocery shopping service delivered and stored in their accommodation prior to their arrival or during their stay. We can carry out all kinds of shopping, both food and leisure.

Advertisement management

Our concierge service Le Trousseau Provençal offers you specific services for the advertisement for your rental property. We can create the advert for your property and upload it online. We can also add value to your existing advert and manage it fully.

For the creation of the advert and its publication online, we will visit your accommodation to identify its characteristics and take photos of each room and of the strengths of your property (fireplace, garden, view...).

Secondly, we analyse the geographical location of the property. Once the diagnosis is complete, we write the advertisement, highlighting as much as possible the attributes of your rental, we set the prices with you, and upload it online on different booking platforms.

Our concierge service takes care of uploading your advertisement online and optimising it on the most popular platforms!

Increasing the value of the advertisement follows the same principle as the creation. However, in this case we use your existing advertisement as a basis.

Our concierge service also offers advertisements’ management aiming at maximising the occupation of your rentals. In order to do this, we will take care of the promotion of the property, the fluctuation of prices depending on the season and the reservations schedule.

Upon request, we can provide you with household linen and towels for each rental booked.

The linen requested will be given to your travellers on their arrival and taken back on their departure to be cleaned and ironed by our laundry.
