Package « Essential »

The « Essential » package is aimed at owners who want on-site concierge services.

We take care of all tasks concerning the general condition and maintenance of the property, as well as the relationship with the tenants, from their arrival to their departure.

From the keys handover to the inventory of fixtures, we ensure the follow-up with your guests.

Package « Complete management »

Our package « Complete management » is aimed at owners who wish to entrust all the constraints of short-term rental to our concierge service.

Here we take care of everything, from the maintenance of the accommodation to setting up the booking schedule , including dealing with the tenants before, during and after their stay.
